John Davis has been a part of RCT plays for over ten years! He is currently pursuing a mathematics major at Louisiana Tech University and plans to contiue his education after graduation. John Davis really enjoys the dry humor of The Off Couple, and he hopes you can get a good laugh out of it too! Enjoy the show!
Joe was last seen as The Baker in RCT's Joseph & the Technicolor Dreancoat. He has also been Tevye in RCT's Fiddler on the Roof, Walter Hobbs in RCT's Elf the Musical, Sebastian in RCT's Rodgers & Hammerstein Cinderella and Jacob Marley in RCT's A Christmas Carol. Joe would like to thank his wife, Shannon and kiddos, McKenna & Mitchell for their continued support.
Keith has played in several productions at Strauss Theatre in Monroe, including Disaster!, Company, Arsenic and Old Lace, Annie Get Your Gun, Bright Star, and You Can't Take It With You. He has also designed and built over 12 sets for Strauss. In college, he had roles in Guys and Dolls and The Childress Hour. He is a proud papaw of 7 grandkids and Ruston's newest resident.
Westley is excited to once again be on stage with RCT. He has really enjoyed working with the cast and crew on this production. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Leah lives in Ruston and is a homeschool mom to 14-year-old Evan. Leah was previously seen as "Grandmother" in RCT's production of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and in the ensembles of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Fiddler on the Roof, and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.
Amy is ecstatic to be a part of The Odd Couple. She last appeared onstage in Steel Magnolia's as 'Truvy'. Amy dedicates her performance in this show to her loving family.
Beth Heidenreich is a 7th grade English teacher at Ruston Junior High. She started with RCT as assistant stage manager for Ruston Community Theatre’s production of “Anne of Green Gables” and directed “Steel Magnolias.” Beth and her husband enjoy traveling to spend time with their adult children, Jillian and her husband Jesse as well as Daniel and his fiancé Kenzie.
Melanie has been involved with RCT since 2017. She has been on stage in productions such as The Music Man as a Pick-a-Little Lady, and Anne of Green Gables as Mrs. Barry. Melanie has worked off-stage as stage crew, sound, lights, costume assistant, or costumer. When not in Ruston, Melanie teaches history and theatre at Mt. Olive Christian School in Athens, LA.
Rebekah is a graduate from Louisiana Tech with a degree in Music Education and currently teaches voice and piano at Ruston Music. Rebekah has contributed to several productions at RCT, both onstage and behind the scenes. She is excited to continue sharing her love of the arts with the community and is grateful for the opportunity to be part of this show!
